"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) and Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Centre Block, 4th Floor Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, BR6 0JA be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
