NOTICE is hereby given that on 24 July 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by SHONA DONALDSON, residing at 8/10 Maritime Street, Edinburgh, EH6 6SB craving the Court inter alia to order that MUCKLE HEN PRODUCTIONS LTD, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company number SC255337 and having its Registered Office at CBC House, 24 Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EG, be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 26 July 2023 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the Deliverance to be advertised once in the “Edinburgh Gazette” and the “Metro” newspaper and ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers by e-mail to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such publication, service and advertisement.
