2. “That Michael Drumm of CavanaghKelly, CavanaghKelly, 36-38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP, be appointed Liquidator of the Company” and

3. “That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company’s assets in specie” and
