By Order of the Irish High Court dated 30 May 2023, Mr Kieran Wallace of Interpath Advisory of 6-7 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2, D02Y447 (the Examiner) was appointed Examiner of Mac-Interiors Limited (in Examinership) having its registered address at Unit 4 Downshire Close, 41-43 Downshire Road, Newry, Co Down, BT34 1FD (the Company) in accordance with the Companies Act 2014 (the Act).

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 540 of the Act that the following meetings of the member and creditors of the Company will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Charlemont Pl, Saint Kevin's, Dublin, D02 A893 on 24 August 2023 for the purposes set out in sections 534 of the Act (the Meetings):

1. Meeting of the Member of the Company at 10.00am;

2. Meeting of the Senior Secured Creditor at 10.20am;

3. Meeting of Preferential Creditors at 10.40am

4. Meeting of Revenue (Non-preferential) at 11.00am;

5. Meeting of Retained Project Creditors at 11.20am.

6. Meeting of Unsecured Creditors at 11.50am;

7. Meeting of Contingent Guarantee Creditors at 12.20pm.

8. Meeting of Guaranteed Creditors at 12.40pm; and

9. Meeting of the Contingent Litigation Creditors at 1.00pm.

Notice of the Meetings has been issued by the Examiner by way of post or email to all known members and creditors of the Company. If you are a member or creditor who has not received notice by way of post or email, please contact the Examiner’s office at macinteriors@interpathadvisory.com to request a copy of all relevant information and voting forms relating to the Meetings and to notify the Examiner of your intention to attend the relevant Meeting.
