Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2023 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Robert Weir, former director of Strathtec Retail Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC254422) and latterly having its registered office at 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU  (“the Company”) craving the Court to restore the Company to the Register of Companies; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 18 August 2023 ordained any person who wishes show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge answers within 8 days; all of which notice is hereby given.
