At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 23 Murdock Road, Bicester, OX26 4PP on 31 August 2023, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elizabeth Anne Welch (IP No. 28610) and Matthew Ingram (IP No. 10790) both of Kroll Advisory Ltd, 4B Cornerblock, 2 Cornwall Street, Birmingham, B3 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that they act jointly and severally.”

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 31 August 2023 date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Elizabeth Anne Welch and Matthew Ingram as Joint Liquidators.
