Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order of District Judge Obodai in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Case Number CR-2023-MAN-00969 on 1 August 2023 and sealed on 22 August 2023 that Chris Knott (‘the Outgoing Officeholder’) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8th Floor, Temple Point, 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG (Chris.Knott@btguk.com) (IP no. 17230) shall, with immediate effect, be removed from office in respect of the insolvency cases listed in the Schedules below and shall be replaced by Kris Wigfield of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ (Kris.Wigfield@btguk.com) (IP No. 22672) in respect of certain of the cases listed in Schedule 1 Part 2 below, certain of the cases listed in Schedule 1 Part 3 and the case listed at Schedule 1 Part 4, by Michaela Samantha Daly of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Unit 11, Lymedale Business Centre, Lymedale Business Park, Hooters Hall Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 9QF (michaela.daly@btguk.com) (IP no. 17570) in respect of the case listed in Schedule 1 Part 1 and one of the cases listed in Schedule 1 Part 2 below and by Charles Hamilton Turner of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5NR (Charles.Turner@btguk.com) (IP no. 9195) in respect of certain of the cases listed in Schedule 1 Part 2.

The Outgoing Office-holder will be released from his office as appropriate 21 days after the date of this advertisement. Any creditor or, in the case of the members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or individuals listed in the above Schedules shall have 21 days from the date of this Notice to apply to the court stated at the beginning of this Notice to set aside or vary the terms of the order.
