NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application will be made by Denbighshire County Council to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Llandudno Magistrates Court, The Court House, Conwy Road, Llandudno on Tuesday 24th October 2023 at 10:00 for an order that a certain highway, being neither a trunk road nor a special road, in the Community of Rhyl described in the Schedule here to and shown by a red line on the plan mentioned below, shall be authorised to be stopped up, for the purposes of all traffic, on the ground that it is unnecessary. The plan mentioned above may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at Rhyl Library, Church Street, Rhyl.
