THE KING has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, dated 27 September 2023, to re-appoint the Right Honourable Sir Rabinder Singh, Knight, to be a Member and President of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal until 26 September 2028, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
