Notice is hereby given that on 12 September 2023, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Lift Gyms Limited, craving the Court inter alia that Lift Gyms Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC550578) and having its Registered Office at 545-551 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 3AR be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth R. Craig, Insolvency Practitioner of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 13 September 2023, the Sheriff ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
