THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Greater London Council Act 1972 and Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:
1. Install double yellow lines; i) outside Nos. 20a to 24 Woodford Avenue IG2; ii) opposite; Nos. 13 to 18 St Peters Close IG2; iii) in Northumberland Avenue E12 opposite its junction with Ingatestone Road; iv) at the junctions of; Preston Drive and Nutter Lane E11, Theydon Grove and Danbury Way IG8; v) outside and opposite No. 2 Rayleigh Road IG8; vi) outside Nos. 26, 28, 41, 43 and Nos. 57 to 71 Theydon Grove IG8; vii) opposite Nos. 44 to 46 Churchfields; viii) on the bend outside Nos. 91 to 97 and opposite Nos. 90/92 Five Oaks Lane IG7; ix) outside Nos. 308 to 312, 314 to 316 Chadwell Heath Lane RM6; ) outside and adjacent to No. 318 Chadwell Heath Lane RM6;
2. Install Payment Parking Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm with a maximum stay of 2 hours and no return within 1 hour (Tariff B); outside Nos. 282 to 284a Clayhall Avenue IG5;
3. Install a Permit Parking Area (Zone WFA) operating 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (inclusive of) in Claremont Grove IG8 and Theydon Grove IG8;
4. Install a Permit Parking Area (Zone NB) operating 7am to 7pm in Wessex Close IG3;
5. Install Permit Parking Bays (Zone CHC) operating 7am to 7pm; i) outside Nos. 346 to 370, 320/322 to 336/338, Nos. 312 to 314 and 316/318 Chadwell Heath Lane RM6; ii) adjacent to Nos. 320 and 370 Chadwell Heath Lane RM6; iii) outside No. 5 Little Heath RM6; iv) opposite Nos. 3 and 4 Little Heath RM6;
6. Install a Permit Parking Area (Zone WGB) operating 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (inclusive of) in Monkham’s Lane and Knighton Close;
7. Install a loading bay operating at all times, maximum stay of 30 mins, no return within 1 hour, in Snakes Lane East opposite its junction with Madeira Grove;
8. Relocate the existing south-eastern Disabled Parking place outside No. 17 to 23 Clements Road IG1 south-eastwards by 1.5 metres;
9. Convert the existing Business Permit Parking Place to Permit Parking Place operating Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm, in The Drive E18 outside Nos. 6 to 19 Malford Court;
10. Convert double yellow lines and north-western Disabled Parking place to advisory Salvation Army Bays outside Nos. 17 to 23 Clements Road IG1;
11. Convert existing single yellow line outside no. 69 Grosvenor Road (IG1) to free parking place;
12. Revoke existing underlying waiting and parking restrictions at all locations mentioned in sections 1 to 8 of this notice.
13. Online application charges (per address): first resident permit £17 for 6 months, £22.50 for 12 months; second additional resident permit £61.75 for 6 months, £123.50 for 12 months; third and subsequent additional resident permit £111.50 for 6 months, £223 for 12 months. Visitor permits £12 for 10 permits. Business permits £260 for 6 months, £520 for 12 months. School staff permits £86.70 for 4 months or £241.50 for 12 months. Permit(s) free of charge for disabled badge holders and fully electric vehicles. Any applications not made online will incur an additional £24.75 charge per permit (except Visitor and School staff permits).
A copy of the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the location and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays). Any representation in relation to the proposed Orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, 2nd Floor, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference LBR. 2023/T15), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
