Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.35(4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Administrator has summoned a meeting of creditors of the company for the purpose to approve the Administrator’s proposals, to decide whether to form a committee and if one is not formed, to seek resolutions approving the Administrator’s pre-appointment remuneration and costs, fix the basis of the Administrator’s remuneration and to discharge the Administrator from liability. The meeting will be held at virtually via zoom on 30 October 2023 at 10:00am.

Under Rule 2.38 a person is entitled to vote at the meeting only if: they have given to the Administrator at Maxwell Davies Limited, Vinters Business Park, New Cut Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5NZ, not later than 16:00 hours on the business day before the meeting date, details in writing of the debt which they claim to be due to them from the company; the claim has been duly admitted under Rule 2.38 or 2.39; and there has been lodged with the Administrator any proxy which he intends to be used on their behalf.
