That on the 6th July 2023, the balance of a World First UK Ltd account totalling £24,203.86 held in the name of Eleanor Elizabeth POWELL, of Hafan Glyd, Llanwern, Brecon LD3 0TW was made the subject of an Account Freezing Order authorised under section 303Z3 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA).

I, Paul CALLARD, Dyfed Powys Police Economic Crime Team Manager and a Senior Appropriate Officer within the meaning of the word 303Z2(4) of Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) am satisfied that the cash (+interest accrued) or part of it is:

a) Recoverable property or

b) Is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

as per s303Z9 POCA

Any person may object to the proposed forfeiture within 30 days, starting with the day after the notice is given. Accordingly, the period for objecting to this notice expires on 10th November 2023.

Any objections must be made in writing to Paul Callard, Economic Crime Team, PO Box 99, Llangunnor, Carmarthen SA31 2PF.

If no objection is received at the above address within the prescribed period stated herein the cash will be forfeited.
