A Petition to wind up the above-named company of RB Hotels (Marford) Limited (11824454) of Chislehurst Business Centre, C/o Management Consultancy, 1 Bromley Lane, Chislehurst BR7 6LH, whose nature of business is Hotels and similar accommodation, presented on Monday 25 September 2023, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Insolvency And Companies List, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 November 2023, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
