"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Hoy and Shane Biddlecombe of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be appointed liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
