Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to preferential creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below, subject to the Liquidator's ability to postpone or cancel the dividend under Rule 14.33 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.
