Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by the former Joint Liquidators of IP-Netsecure Limited (company number SC471912), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office formerly at 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA (the “Company”) craving an Order inter alia that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act, 2006 in which Note the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 25th October, 2023 appointed that any person who intends to show why the Order should not be granted should lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
