FOODS LIMITED, of Prologis Park, Newhall Way, Bradford BD5 8LZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 28 November 2023, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
