NOTICE IS GIVEN under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Andrew Shackleton and Colin Nicholls, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 15 December 2023, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators at Smart Insolvency Solutions Ltd, 1 Castle Street, Worcester WR1 3AA and, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it.
