STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS

SECTION 247 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

THE DELL, FELTHAM, TW14 0JF

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the highway at land known as land at The Dell, Feltham, TW14 0JF as described in the First Schedule, namely those areas known as being part of the highway on The Dell, Feltham, TW14 0JF in the London Borough of Hounslow comprising the area shown edged in red on Plan 2020-3894-DWG-203 annexed to the Order (“the Plan”).

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the London Borough of Hounslow on 4 February 2022 under reference number P/2021/0376 (00342/A/P1)

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED between 09.00 and 17.00 hours during a period of 28 days commencing on 17th November 2023 at the London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB. Please contact the Council at traffic@hounslow.gov.uk or on 020 8583 3322 to arrange an appointment to view the draft Order or for a copy to be posted. The draft Order is also available on the Council’s website under traffic notices.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on 17th November by writing to the Assistant Director Transport, Parking & Environmental Strategy, London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB, quoting reference: The Dell, Feltham, TW14 0JF

In preparing an objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may make the Order as an unopposed Order.

The highway reference/description and section listed in the table below and shown edged red on Drawing No. 2020-3894-DWG-203 attached to the Order. The dimensions quoted in the table are approximate averages and have been rounded to the nearest half metre. The drawing should be referred to for exact locations.
