Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 November 2023, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Mark Taylor of T H Financial Recovery, Suite 101 & 102 Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley BB12 6HH be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the virtual meeting of creditors of the above-named company, duly convened, on 15 November 2023 at 11.00 am the appointment of the members’ appointed liquidator was not ratified and the following ordinary resolution was passed: "That Kelly Mitchell (IP No. 27110) and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”
