The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 9, 10 and 124 of and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:

1. Implement Electric Vehicle charging parking places in; (i) Abbotsford Road IG3, the south side, opposite Nos. 45 and 47 Abbotsford Road; (ii) Airthrie Road IG3, the east side, adjacent to No. 74 Kinfauns Road; (iii) Aragon Drive IG6, the north-east side, opposite Nos. 3 and 4 Aragon Drive; (iv) Broomhill Road IG3, the west side, adjacent to No. 614 Green Lane; (v) Dunedin Road IG1, the north-east side, adjacent to No. 305 Thorold Road; (vi) Greenstead Avenue IG8, the south-east side, outside Nos. 72 and 74 Greenstead Avenue; (vii) Heathcote Avenue IG5, the south-west side, opposite Nos. 12 and 14 Heathcote Avenue; (viii) Oxford Road IG1, the north-east side, opposite Nos. 2 to 6 Oxford Road; (ix) Perth Road IG2, the south-west side, opposite Nos. 194 and 196 Perth Road; (x) Rochford Avenue RM6, the north side, adjacent to No. 155 Brian Road; (xi) Toronto Road IG1, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 78 Coventry Road;

2. Implement Electric Vehicle charging permit holders only (WFA) parking places operating at all times, in Ray Lodge Road IG8, the north-east side, opposite the side of No. 168 Ray Lodge Road.

3. Implement Electric Vehicle charging permit holders only (Ilford A) parking places operating at all times in Riverdene Road IG1, the north-east side, opposite Nos. 30 and 32 Riverdene Road.

4. Amend Disabled Persons parking place in George Lane E18, outside No. 55; operating at all times with maximum stay of 2 hours, No return within 1 Hour;

5. Removal of double yellow lines in George Lane E18,outside No 55;

6. Implement a Business Bay (SW) in George Lane E18, outside Nos. 57/59; operational Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm;

7. Revoke existing underlying waiting, loading and parking restrictions in the lengths mentioned in sections 1 to 6 of this notice.

A copy of the Order may be examined along with map-based plans at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: EVCP@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Electric Vehicle Charge Point team, 2nd Floor (front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
