BLOCK TRANSFER OF INSOLVENCY CASES

Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 7 December 2023, Graham Stuart Wolloff, (IP number 8879), is to be replaced, with effect from 18 December 2023, as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedules below, by either:

(a) Abigail Shearing of Voscap Limited, 67 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JN (IP number 10290); or (b) Philip Ballard of Ballard Business Recovery, 2nd Floor, 39 Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6LZ (IP number 20452).

The Schedules below identify the replacement Office Holder in respect of each case.

Notification: The Order provides that:

(a) the appointments made pursuant to the Block Transfer Order be notified to the creditors at the same time as the next report pursuant to statute is made to the creditors

(b) written notice of the making of this Order shall be given by block advertisement in the London Gazette, such notice to include the following matters: an explanation as to the effect of the Order; and express reference to the liberty to apply as set out in the Order.

(c) liberty to every creditor of each Company Voluntary Arrangement, Members Voluntary Liquidation, Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and Bankruptcy to apply to vary or discharge this Order within 28 days of receipt of the notice appearing in the London Gazette under paragraph 8 above.
