Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 22 December 2023 (the Effective Date), ELIZABETH WEIR FACTOR and MALLORY FACTOR both residing at 9 Hill Street London W1J 5LF, (together the "Assignors") transferred all of the Assignors' interest, together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the Transferred Interest) in The Factor Scottish Limited Partnership (the Partnership) to, CAILLEY FACTOR of 9 Hill Street, London W1J 5LF and that Cailley Factor assumed all the rights and obligations in respect of the Transferred Interest.
