Notice is hereby given that the following Resolutions were passed on 28 December 2023, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986”; and “That, subject to the passing of Resolution 1 Stephen Robert Cork (IP No. 8627) and Mark Smith (IP No. 28790) both of Cork Gully LLP, 40 Villiers Street, London WC2N 6NJ and licensed insolvency practitioners (as defined in Section 338 of the Insolvency Act 1986), be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately (the “Joint Liquidators”).”
