Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and NM Regal LLC transferred 100% of their interest in CCP X No.2 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016162 (the “Partnership”), to Northwestern Mutual Capital Private Equity Partners [B], LP and as a result of such transfers, Northwestern Mutual Capital Private Equity Partners [B], LP, was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and NM Regal LLC ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
