65. Replace the existing No Waiting Mon-Fri 1.30pm-2.30pm restrictions with No Waiting At Any Time Restrictions, at the following locations:

a. John Burns Drive, south and east side, from the junction of John Burns Drive with Lambourne Road to a point at the rear of number 29 Lambourne Road.

b. John Burns Drive, west side, outside numbers 1 to 12 John Burns Drive.

c. John Burns Drive, north-east side, from opposite the southern arm of John Burns Drive to outside number 98 John Burns Drive.

d. John Burns Drive, north-west side, opposite number 95 John Burns Drive.

e. Oakley Avenue, north side, outside numbers 7 and 9 Oakley Avenue.

66. Replace part of the existing No Waiting Mon-Fri 1.30pm-2.30pm restrictions with Resident Permit Holders Only Zone UP Mon-Fri 1.30pm-2.30pm bays, the current charges applicable being those set out in this Order, at the following locations:

a. John Burns Drive, north side, from a point opposite the southern arm of John Burns Drive to a point 6m west of the junction with Lambourne Road.

b. John Burns Drive, south side, in the turning head outside numbers 61 to 66 John Burns Drive.

c. John Burns Drive, south-west side, from the junction with the southern arm of John Burns Drive to a point opposite number 98 John Burns Drive.

d. John Burns Drive, east side, at the rear of number 29 Lambourne Road.

67. Replace part of the existing Off-Street No Waiting Mon-Fri 1.30pm-2.30pm restrictions with Off-Street Resident Permit Holders Only Zone UP Mon-Fri 1.30pm-2.30pm bays, at the following locations in John Burns Drive Area Car Park, the current charges applicable being those set out in this Order:

a. John Burns Drive, north-east side, opposite numbers 13 to 38 John Burns Drive.

b. John Burns Drive, south-west side, opposite the sub station on John Burns Drive.

68. Replace the existing Goods Vehicles Loading Only 30mins No Return Within 2hrs bay with a Loading Only 30mins No Return Within 2hrs bay on Coppen Road, west side, outside Character House Coppen Road.

69. Revoke the existing Disabled Parking Only bays at the following locations:

a. Eastern Avenue West, south side, outside numbers 83-85 Eastern Avenue West.

b. Porters Avenue, south-east side, outside number 131 Porters Avenue.

70. Revoke the existing Resident Permit Holders Only Zone HW Mon-Sat 8.30am-5.30pm bay on Hedgemans Road, south side, outside number 59 Hedgemans Road.

71. Revoke part of the existing No Waiting Mon-Fri 1.30am-2.30pm restriction on Payne Close, south-east side, opposite numbers 5 to 11 Payne Close.

A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on Monday 22 January 2024 and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders are available to view for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published on the Councils website by visiting the following webpage https://www.lbbd.gov.uk/parking/parking-area and selecting ‘New and proposed traffic and parking schemes’ or available for inspection at the Adult Library, First Floor, Barking Learning Centre, Barking between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any Regulations under it have not been complied with may do so within six weeks of the made date of the Order by applying to the High Court.
