NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a FINAL MEETING of the above-named company will be held at the offices of RSM, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP on the 20 day of February 2024 at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to closure.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed, and lodged at the offices of RSM, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP, no later than 12.00 noon on the 19 day of February 2024.
