Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 January 2024 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Tate and Duncan Swift both of Azets, Secure House, Lulworth Close, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."

Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Kevin Ley and Adam Stephens of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BG Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) and Adam Stephens (IP No. 9748) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
