Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 October 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 January 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of BLACK who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of BLACK and assumed the name of BLACK.
