(Company No. SC239392) and having its Registered Office 13/14 Clarence Street, Greenock, Scotland, PA15 1LR be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional and Interim Liquidator be appointed. By Interlocutor 22 January 2024, the Sheriff at Greenock appointed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification and appointed Graeme Norman Bain, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, having a place of business at 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company.
