Intended dividend: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Official Receiver, having been appointed as trustee of the partnership of Kay Walsh and David Walsh on 29 November 2000, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 0.7p in the £ to the unsecured creditors of the partnership within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving. Last day for receiving proofs: Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 29 February 2024 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
