NOTICE is hereby given that on 31 January 2024, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Kirkcaldy by DAVID ADAMSON & PARTNERS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Carlyle House, Carlyle Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1DB craving the Court inter alia to order that the said David Adamson & Partners Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 31 January 2024 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Courier" newspapers and ordained any persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XQ within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given; and in the meantime appointed Mr Steven Wright, William Duncan Business Recovery, to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained within Parts II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and that until an interim liquidator of the said company is appointed or this Petition is dismissed
