NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the estate on the following Decisions.

1. That the Trustee`s fees be charged on a combination of a fixed fee and % basis plus VAT for different categories of work, the details of which are set out in the report prepared in connection with fee approval and issued with the notice of this decision procedure.

2. That the Trustee be authorised to recover category 2 expenses plus VAT as set out in the practice fee recovery policy.
