GRAYS WORKING MEN’S SOCIAL CLUB AND INSTITUTE

Notice is hereby given by the Trustees of the Grays Working Men’s Social Club and Institute (“the Club”) pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 of their intention to distribute Club funds as part of the dissolution and closure of the Club, and that any person claiming to be a creditor or member of the Club as at 1 January 2013 is hereby required to send particulars of their claim or membership to Andrew Dix of AD Business Recovery Ltd by no later than 1 May 2024, after which the Trustees will distribute the funds among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims of which they have had notice and will not, as respects funds so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not then had notice.
