NOTICE is hereby given that on 5 February 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Smokin Guns Fitness Limited having its registered office at Block 5, Unit 3 Clamp Road, Wishaw, ML2 7XQ; (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 6 February 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
