Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 31 January 2024, I, Monica Evans, 24 Grove Road, London W3 6AW Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Monica Butnaru and assumed the name of Monica Evans.
