Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Stanley Craig to the sheriff at Dunoon craving the Court to order the name of Stag Hotel Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC354156 and having its registered office at 47 Argyll Street, Lochgilphead PA31 8NE, to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 7 February 2024 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement to Dunoon Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, George Street, Dunoon PA23 8BQ; all of which notice is hereby given.
