NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of creditors is to be held at Interpath Ltd, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB and virtually on 28 February 2024 at 11:00 am, for the purpose of the meeting of creditors and customers is being held for the purpose of seeking approval of the Joint Special Administrators` Statement of Proposals and certain other resolutions, including the basis of the Joint Special Administrators` remuneration, expenses for services provided by the Joint Special Administrators and approval to pay unpaid pre-administration costs, as set out in the Joint Special Administrators` Statement of Proposals. Creditors and customers will also be invited to consider the establishment of a Creditors` Committee (if there are sufficient customers and creditors willing to act). All resolutions are being sought from creditors and customers.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Interpath Ltd, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB by 12.00pm on the business day before the day of the meeting (27 February 2024).
