NOTICE is given that application will be made by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to the Magistrates Court sitting at Beverley Magistrates Court, Champney Road, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire at 2.00pm on 27th day of March 2024 for an Order that part of the highway known as Main Street in the district of Sutton Upon Derwent in the East Riding of Yorkshire the situation of which is shown edged and hatched in red on the plan numbered SU056-001 (“the Plan”) attached to the Order be authorised to be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary.

The effect of the said Order is shown on the Plan which may be inspected free of charge at Pocklington Library and Customer Service Centre, 23 Railway Street, Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO42 2QU during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
