That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That Paul Bailey and Matthew Reeds of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 12 February 2024 the appointment of Paul Bailey and Matthew Reeds as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
