A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Safekeeper Solutions Limited (09424367) of 23 Roman Road, Preston PR1 4NQ, whose nature of business is 45190 - Sale of other motor vehicles; 45200 - Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, presented on Wednesday 24 January 2024, at 09:00 by PRESTON CITY COUNCIL, of Revenues Services, Finance Directorate, Po Box 30, Town Hall, Preston PR1 2RL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 19 March 2024, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
