NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP UP PART OF A HIGHWAY
SECTION 116 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NOTICE is given that application will be made by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Beverley Magistrates’ Court, Champney Road, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire at 2.00pm on 27th day of March 2024 for an Order that part of the highway known as Oxmardyke Lane in the district of Blacktoft in the East Riding of Yorkshire the situation of which is shown edged and hatched in red on the plan numbered SU055-001 (“the Plan”) attached to the Order be authorised to be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary. The effect of the said Order is shown on the Plan which may be inspected free of charge at Brough Customer Service Centre, Petuaria Centre, Centurion Way, Brough, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU15 1AY during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
