HARBOURS ACT 1964 (AS AMENDED)

THE PORT TALBOT (EXTENSION OF LIMITS) HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port Talbot (Extension of Limits) Harbour Revision Order 2024 was made by the Welsh Ministers on 13 February 2024 and comes into force on 24 February 2024.

A copy of the Order can be viewed and downloaded from the following website –

A copy of the Order may be inspected at the offices of the Harbourmaster, Head King’s Dock, Port Tennant, Swansea SA1 1QR.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
