Notice is hereby given that on 1 February 2024 a Note was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley by Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig formerly of Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street Glasgow G1 2PP and now of 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NT as Joint Administrators of Integra Energy (UK) Ltd a Company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company Number SC448003) and having its Registered Office formerly at Unit 7, 3 Bowerwalls Place, Barrhead, Glasgow G78 1BF and now of 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NT (“the Company”) craving the Court to order the appointment of Mr Pattullo and Mr Craig as Joint Administrators of the Company to cease to have effect and to order that the Company should be wound up by the Court with the said Mr Pattullo and Mr Craig appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; following upon which Note the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 12 February 2024 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Note should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
