NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 February 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Amber Green Spruce 2 LLP having its registered office at 3 More London Riverside, London, England, SE1 2AQ craving the Court inter alia to grant an administration order, together with an interim order for the appointment of joint interim managers meantime, in relation to Signal Real Estate Opportunities (Lux) Investco IX S.A.R.L, (OE006489) a private limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 217.729 and with a registered office at 42-44, Avenue de la Gare, L-1610 Luxembourg, Grandy Duchy of Luxembourg; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 15 February 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
