THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which would be to:

1. Install no waiting at any time restrictions in; i) Woodham Court E18, on all sides of the central island outside nos. 1-4 Woodham Court; (ii) The Terrace IG8, on both sides of the central reservation, between the junction with High Road and no. 11 The Terrace; (iii) The Terrace IG8, on the end of the central reservation opposite the junction of Broomhill Road; (iv) The Terrace IG8, on all sides of the central island outside Sir James Hawkey Hall; (v) The Avenue E11, the south side, at the junction with Grove Park; (vi) Croft Lodge Close IG8, the north-east side, between the junction with Snake Lane West and nos. 13 to 18; (vii) Croft Lodge Close IG8, the west side, on the curve at the junction with Snake Lane West; (viii) Croft Lodge Close IG8, outside nos. 31 to 39; and (ix) Croft Lodge Close IG8, at the rear of nos. 25/27 Monkhams Avenue;

2. Convert the existing single yellow line to double yellow lines in High Road Woodford Green IG8, on the east side of the central reservation at the junction with The Terrace;

3. Extend the existing single yellow line and remove a section of the existing permit holders parking place outside no. 6 Spratt Hall Road E11;

4. Implement a permit parking area (WFA), operating Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm, in Croft Lodge Close IG8, at the side of nos. 13 to 18 Croft Lodge Close;

5. Implement 2-wheel footway permit (WFA) parking places, operating Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm, in Croft Lodge Close IG8; (i) outside nos. 19 to 30; and (ii) opposite nos. 1 to 12;

6. Amend the operating times of shared use permit holders and payment parking places from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm to be Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm in Woodbine Place E11; (i) both sides, between no.25 Woodbine Place and the junction with Spratt Hall Road; and (ii) opposite nos. 16 to 19;

7. Revoke existing underlying waiting and parking restrictions at all locations mentioned in sections 1 to 6 of this notice.

8. Online application charges (per address) for the permit parking restrictions mentioned in Sections 4 and 5 (inclusive of) of this notice are as follows: first resident permit £17 for 6 months, £22.50 for 12 months; second additional resident permit £61.75 for 6 months, £123.50 for 12 months; third and subsequent additional resident permit £111.50 for 6 months, £223 for 12 months. Visitor permits £12 for 10 permits. Business permits £260 for 6 months, £520 for 12 months. School staff permits £86.70 for 4 months or £241.50 for 12 months. Permit(s) free of charge for disabled badge holders and fully electric vehicles. Any applications not made online will incur an additional £24.75 charge per permit (except Visitor and School staff permits).

A copy of the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the location and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays). Any representation in relation to the proposed Orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, 2nd Floor, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference LBR. 2024/T1), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
