Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL018381 has been dissolved with effect from 29 February 2024 and that the general partner, Cromwell GP, ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership.
