Notice is hereby given that on 9 February 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston by James and Rosemary Stephen craving the Court inter alia that Install Solar Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC614222) and having its registered office at 2A Grange Road, Houstoun Industrial Estate, Livingston, Scotland, EH54 5DE (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and that joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by Interlocutor dated 14 February 2024 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
