NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 91 and Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Annual and Final Meeting of the Members and the Creditors of the above named Company, will be held at EY, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT on 20 March 2024 at 10.00am and 10:30am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors' meeting:

• That the Joint Liquidators' report and account in respect of the period from 07 December 2022 to 06 December 2023 and 07 December 2023 to the present is approved

• That the Liquidators receive their release.

• That the Liquidators have the power to destroy the books and records of the company 12 months after the final meeting.

In the absence of a quorum or any objections to the contrary, the liquidator will deem that the resolutions listed above have been accepted by default.

A form of proxy for use at the meetings, if desired, is enclosed herewith and should be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Ernst & Young LLP, by emailing lisa.oneill1@uk.ey.com not later than noon on the business day before the meeting.
